I had an overall good stay at Spoon Hotel. The service was absolutely excellent, especially thanks to River, who went above and beyond to assist with my travel issues before my arrival. The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter, just a short walk from major attractions. However, the standard room I booked lacked a window, which I hadn’t expected, and that made it a bit cramped at times.
